Description: These classes celebrate the rhythms of higher level reformer sequences. Admittance into Level 2 will be at the instructor's descretion and may vary from instructor to instructor. If you are new to Level 3, schedule a brief interview or assessment with the instructor before attending class. With permission from the instructor, you may also observe a class to see if it is the right level for you. Reservation is required for this class. Description: A class that is designed to enhance balance and stability in people of all ages. The first half of the class goes over basic static and dynamic balance and stability exercises, the second half of the class is dedicated to utilizing tai chi inspired movement patterns to inspire healthy movement patterns via muscle memory and to add a bit of complexity and cognitive loading into the weight shifting patterns associated with tai chi and life. A very enjoyable, social class that will leave feeling challenged and refreshed.
