Power Punch Parkinson’s is Colorado’s first non-contact boxing program for people with Parkinson’s disease. Our classes have a unique partnership of expert boxing instructors from the Y with physical therapists from Life Care Center of Longmont. Description: Ice rink and locker rooms are designated for YMCA adult hockey leagues. Seasonal registration required. A no checking hockey league for adults, 18 years and older, of all levels. There are 12 regular season games followed by a post-season playoff series with up to three games. Each team has a chance to earn free ice time at the end of each season based on their sportsmanship during the season.
